
Workplace Culture Through Circus Arts
Are staff struggling to feel connected? Are suppressed issues creating tension or a toxic environment? Are people often sick or unproductive? Hire me to assess the issues and help design workshops to support the well-being and sense of belonging in the workplace. I use adult play, psycho education, and observation to help understand dynamics at play and to create a plan to improve workplace culture. Through guided activities that incorporate movement, play, and skill-building, teams develop communication, resilience, and a stronger sense of belonging - all while stepping outside their comfort zones in a supportive environment.
