I am a certified BC Educator and graduate of the Options for Sexual Health two year Sexual Health Educator Certification Program. I have been delivering Sexual Health Education for students K-12 since 2002. I have been providing seminars for parents, home school folks, teachers, EAs and support staff, private schools, and professional development workshops for BC teachers since 2015. In May of 2025, I relocated to Halifax, NS, to pursue my passion of education and psycho-education in a new capacity, with the intention of supporting children, youth, families, and professionals with programming that is collaboratively designed to suit the needs of each community. I combine my expertise in therapy, education, and child and youth development to create fun and interactive learning for participants of my workshops. I am not new to the work, and have taken the giant leap to support teachers and students from a different angle. My experiences, both positive and painful, have helped me become more compassionate, empathic, and hopefully wise, allowing me to better help you meet your own goals.

I am available to support your school/community in the delivery of the objectives outlined in the BC and NS Curriculum and the Canadian Guidelines for Sexual Health Education. My work extends beyond my training with Opt and my fees reflect the industry standards combined with the type of option we tailor to your needs. I offer fun, age-appropriate, interactive, and nonjudgmental workshops and comprehensive programs for:
